We had dinner here on our vacation on Crete.The service was super good. The staff was very friendly.The food was delicious and came in big portions. So if you are not super hungry then skip the starter!The mood at the restaurant was fantastic and the view over the ocean was incredible.We can highly recommend this place!

Extremwely nice family operated tavern directly at the beach with excellent food and friendly service! During our stay in Makry Gialos we had a few meals there. The food was always very tasty. Salads were fresh. They seve also fresh fish, lamb and other meat, traditional greek dishes or grilled dishes.

It was the best place which we visited in the Crete during 2 weeks. What do you need to know about this place?: 1) Dishes very tasty and has big size but isnt expensive 2)staff so frendly and owner wassociable. In the end we got compliment from chef it were fruit andtraditional Greece alchol drinks.I recomend this place for visit.You can also take food with you if you can't eat everything in the restaurant

The owners, a family, are super nice! We went there 4 times and service and food always very good! Cosy place and child friendly, they have toys inside and a children's menu. Would come again. Thank you for the pleasant experience.
